Vesi Organic products are intended for external use only and are designed to complement a hair and scalp care routine.

3) Eligibility and responsible use
You are responsible for using the product safely and appropriately.
- Please follow the usage instructions.
- Perform a patch test before first use.
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Pregnancy & medication: As stated in our FAQ, Vesi Organic is not recommended during pregnancy or while under aggressive medication. If you have a medical condition or concerns, consult a qualified medical professional.
4) Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s checkout flow and any applicable terms.
- We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons such as suspected fraud, product availability, or errors in pricing/information.
5) Shipping
We currently ship within the EU.
Estimated delivery times (guidance only):
- Local: 1–3 working days
- EU: 10–14 working days
Shipping timelines may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs/inspections where relevant, peak periods).
6) Returns and refunds
Because our products are personal care items and for safety/hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact info@vesiorganic.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Legal rights: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Cyprus/EU consumer protection laws. Where the law requires a remedy, we will comply.
7) Intellectual property
All content on this website (including text, graphics, illustrations, branding, and design) is owned by or licensed to Vesi Organic and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee specific results from using the product.

9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesi Organic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
